OTCC EN software is the latest product of Behin Payesh Company, which is used in the specialized field of EOT cranes calculation. This software uses the latest European standards in performing calculation .
This software receives the primary data from the user similar to the OTCC software and then determines the load combination according to DIN EN 13001-2. The OTCC EN calculates stresses at different sections and compares the result of the calculations with the relevant EN standards.
OTCC EN calculates static stresses and provides fatigue analysis at different points of each bridge and boogie section. Other features of the software include calculation of buffer force, vertical and horizontal load of wheels (due to acceleration and skewing), calculation of wind force and additional braking force required, buckling analysis in different sections and calculation of natural frequency and deflection due to different loads. .
The software has the ability to perform calculations for a two-bridge crane with one trolley two trolleys, as well as with a moving operator cab. If there is a movable hook on the trolley, this displacement is included in the software and provides results with the highest possible accuracy.
